Request a Listing Correction
We want provider information to be useful and current. Business owners, authorized representatives, customers, and visitors may report inaccurate information without charge.
What to include
- The URL of the city page and the provider’s displayed name.
- The field that needs correction: name, address, telephone, website, service category, duplicate listing, or closure.
- The accurate information and, when practical, a public source that supports it.
- Your relationship to the provider. Do not email passwords, identification documents, payment information, medical records, or other sensitive personal data.
What happens next
We review the request against available public information and may contact the provider using publicly listed contact details. Straightforward corrections can be made without claiming a listing. Disputed claims may require additional evidence. Correction decisions are not affected by whether a provider advertises or pays for placement.
Removal requests
A provider may request removal of personal contact information or a listing. We evaluate removal requests in light of accuracy, safety, public availability, and applicable law. We will not publish sensitive documents submitted as evidence.
Other site errors
You may use the same email address to report a broken link, unsupported claim, accessibility problem, or factual error in an article.
